A Latin American summer at Cantina Caliente
Summer has arrived in Amsterdam, bringing longer evenings, sunny terraces and more reasons to gather around good food and drinks.
This season, we’ve refreshed our menu with a selection of new flavours inspired by Latin America, all designed to be shared and enjoyed together.
Made for sharing
The star of our new menu is the Parrillada, a generous grill platter made for sharing. It’s a celebration of one of Latin America’s favourite traditions: gathering around great food with friends and family.
Alongside it, we’ve introduced a new Argentinian Chorizo and our bold Spicy Chicken Wings, perfect additions to any table.
Fresh summer flavours
For warmer days, discover our new Mango Ceviche, packed with fresh and vibrant flavours. We’ve also added Tacos al Pastor and Tostadas de Berenjena, bringing even more variety to our selection of Latin American favourites.
Drinks and desserts
Pair your meal with our new Tropical Sangria, made for sunny afternoons and relaxed evenings on the terrace.
And don’t leave without trying our new Flan con Naranja, a sweet finish to your summer experience.
