The torta is Mexico’s answer to the sandwich—freshly baked bread stuffed with mouthwatering fillings like birria, al pastor, pulled chicken tinga, roasted aubergine, and more. Topped with bean paste, chipotle mayo, avocado, tomato, and escabeche, we’ve been serving them for years from our food trucks and restaurants.

Ceviches

One of our most popular dishes, ceviche is a refreshing mix of fresh fish, lime juice, and chilies.
 We serve it in many styles:
Peruvian with leche de tigre, sweet potato, and Peruvian corn
Nikkei style with soy and avocado
Mexican style with tomato, lime, and crispy tostadas

Corn is one of the most important ingredients in Latin American cuisine. From South American choclo and Peruvian cancha to Mexican heirloom corn, its diversity is unmatched. We make our own tortillas for most of our tacos, and our Colombian arepas are freshly prepared to guarantee maximum freshness!
