Like in most countries, in Indonesia the best food can be found on the streets. We selected the best street food dishes to serve from our food truck. We focus on quality, sustainability and of course flavor. We obtain this by using the best ingredients and traditional cooking methods.

For our Panas menu we have chosen some of the tastiest dishes that Indonesia has to offer: Charcoal grilled chicken satay, slow cooked beef in coconut milk (rendang) and Indonesia’s famous vegetarian dish gado gado, with vegetables, egg and peanut sauce (also available as a vegan dish).
