Caliente means “hot” in Spanish — a reflection of our passion for bold flavours, vibrant food and energetic hospitality.

Based in Amsterdam, Caliente is a catering company and restaurant group focused on international cuisine. Inspired by years of travel and collaboration with chefs from different cultures, we create authentic dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.

Through our restaurants, catering projects and food trucks at festivals and events, our goal is always the same: bringing people together through great food.

Together with Inditex we are organising a recurring international lunch for the Amsterdam team.

Twice per week we explore new flavours and traditions from around the world, bringing a rotating selection of international dishes to the office.

Every lunch includes a warm freshly prepared meal, vegetarian and dietary options, and a short introduction to the cuisine and its cultural background.

The idea is simple: a different country every week.
