This policy explains how we handle personal data collected via our website (calientefood.nl), our reservation partners, and during our catering and food truck operations.

5. Data Retention
- Financial Records: 7 years (as required by the Dutch Tax Authority).
- Reservation & Allergy Data: Deleted 12 months after the reservation date, unless you have opted in for long-term communication.
- Marketing Data: Retained until you withdraw your consent.
- Inquiries: 6 months after the last interaction.
6. Your Rights and Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Furthermore:
- Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for processing (such as for newsletters or allergy data) at any time. For emails, click “unsubscribe”; for other data, contact us directly.
- Portability: You may request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
- Automated Decisions: We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
